My shiney new iron scimitar

Yesterday I purchased an iron scimitar off of Azuryn Da'roth, I was just about to sharpen it when it all went dark. When the lights came on again, there it was, gone, and amazingly the gold that I had spent was back in my purse. Even stranger; Azuryn Da'roth still had the gold that I had given him. Anyone got any ideas?

Is there some mystic forces at work here?

Its because he saved after the transaction, and your last save was before the transaction.  The scimitar is not saved on anyone, but the gold is saved on both of you.

I will move this to bug reports so that we don't lose sight of it.  It is not a bug perse, but we would like to make sure only one of you has the gold and that the item is returned to the buyer.
  Could a GM please help out on this and then post when it is completed?
