Persistent Chest

Persistent Chest issue in Tilmar - Creedo Interiors (dor_tilmar_crint)

Chests are not linked to Persistent Player Storage and act as standard chests instead. ( anything placed in them is available to anyone else)

Currently locked all three chests, one containing items.

Yes.
Bank chests.

But they are just ordinary chests.
So ( as has happened ) anyone unaware can drop things in them... but they are accessible by anyone else who comes along.
