Title: Possible spawn problem on Krashin Ice Caves

Description: The kobolds in Krashin's Ice Caves do not spawn anymore. Possibly, it is an issue with leveled spawns or the triggers.
 
 Location: Krashin, Kobold Ice Caves, both the Cave itself as well as the area leading to it.
 
 Verified: No.
 
 Reproducable: Yes.

Might have been disabled by a GM for quest purposes.

Servers restarted.  Please verify spawns whenever possible or convenient.
