Title: Silver Buckle Missing Portal?

Description: Not 100% sure this is a bug and not just a loading glitch, but the Silver Buckle seems to have lost it's Portal and the placeables that were around it.  I entered and exited the area 3 times to try and let it reset to no avail.

Go inside and proceed straight ahead until you come to a locked door.  Knock on that one, and all will appear.

You have to activate a locked housing door, not just the exterior door to the Inn itself.

Not a bug.

The Buckle is open to the public most of the as it's a tavern and entertainment hall. The locking door is back past the gaming room.
