The ox pack does not appear when you try to unload the pack from the ox in Fort Llast or on the Road to Fort Llast. It works fine everywhere else I've tried it though, so the problem seems to be tied to that tileset. I can't tell if the pack is actually removed from the ox, but the option to load it back on appears and seems to work normally.
