Calendar linking gone horribly wrong
« on: March 04, 2015, 08:06:28 pm »
Bug ReportDescription: I attempted to make a Calendar event for a requested Angels Guild Meeting on the 27th of this month, which worked, at first glance, but when the full details are clicked it is pulling up a very old guild meeting set by SteveW, complete with inaccurate dates/times.Location: CalendarVerified: I asked Milty if he could edit/delete.  When he attempted to edit the event he  created a second event, complete with the automatic link to the old meetings.Reproducable: see verified. We'll deal with it as a group, the Angels, but was wondering if this is something that could be looked at when you have time.

It appears as though the url alias system didn't catch here, I'm not sure why it didn't. Since you've had 15 events named "Angels Guild Meeting" this new one should have been given an alias of angels-guild-meeting-16 but instead it was simply angels-guild-meeting event which was the alias to the first meeting so named. To get around this for the time being until I can look it try to title events with something unique, like Angels Guild Meeting Feb 27, 2015 or whatever.
