Title: Forum clock

The forums' clock is in Summer Time of Daylights Savings (at least for me).
Shows PDT, EDT, GMT and AEDT, which is 1h ahead of the time it should be.

GMT is always fixed.
AEDT is the correct timezone for this time of year.
