Title: optional download not a true bug but just reporting

Just wanted to let you guys know (which I'm sure you know) that winrar has a 64 bit version now and has been updated quite a bit. Might be good to change the one that is provided in the optional download link.

It would probably be better to change the link to point to the RARLAB download page instead. We really shouldn't be in the business of keeping a current mirror of their software on our site anyway.
