Title: When attempting to edit a post, I receive the "page not found" message.

This may be a permissions error, but either way, I need to edit a post and am unable to do so, hence the bug report! :)

Ayup, it's a permissions error. The topic is locked, so I am prevented from making changes. And I don't have the permission to unlock it, heh.

I now have editing permission. Wooohoo! Thank you. Next question: I should be able to toggle sticky/unsticky and locked/unlocked via the publishing options, correct? (because I'm not seeing those as options currently)

You need to click edit and look in the secondary menu options. Currently there's no intial quick buttons besides the edit one.

Let me know if you see the read/write tab there.

This is the same thing that makes mailboxes unavailable.

Anyway, you should be able to access it now.
