New messages wont stop showing as unread

Unless I delete the message, the new message that I'm getting just wont stop showing as unread.

Try changing your Display personal messages: option on the below page from "As a conversation" to "One at a time" then read them. This isn't the best fix, but I've had no luck trying other ones.

Tried your suggestion, thanks. Unfortunately It's not taking the unread tag.

Hi thanks for this question and the response!  This was really bugging me.  I tried to change settings to "one at a time" and still same issue.  Then I tried "show all at once" and that fixed it!  Team work.
