Title: Registry Problem

Hey guys, my friend has been encountering a problem these few days on the forums. He can't seem to register correctly. Once he accepted the rules and terms of use and clicked "register," up came in big words: Database error. I didn't know if this might be a problem with the forums or if it's just a simple matter that he and I might be able to figure out, but any help would be deeply appreciated. :D
