Selective avatar blocking

Is there a way to selectively block an avatar? I found where I can turn them all off, no problem, but I'd like to know if there is a way to just avoid one specifically. If not, no worries. I'll turn them all off.

If someone has an avatar you find offensive or annoying try sending them a polite PM asking them to change it and clearly stating why.

If the avatar is blatantly offensive please bring it to the attention of the GM team.

Nah, I'm not one to ask/tell people they have to change to suit me. Yes, there is as avatar that I find annoying, but I can fix it by turning avatars off. Others may find it amusing or clever. I appreciate the suggestion and the spirit in which it was intended, thank you.
