A thank you to all those that helped me this morning as I attempted to nagivate my way round setting up a brand new laptop for the first time.

It was great to have help, advice and support from the crew on IRC, meant my man got slightly less phonecalls too

Just nice to know that the community is there and helpful....even to a slightly dizzy woman trying to work out Vista!!!

And yes, I know many think Vista is evil but it's what it came with

It is good to know the community is around to help with more than just questions about the relative nature of DnD alignments and such.

Vista isn't so bad once you get used to the pure evil aspect of it.

Once you adjust, you'll never be able to live without it, as it latches tightly onto your soul mere seconds after the first month of use.
