Hi, I have this nwncq by chico installed.  There is one tileset I'm having problems with.  It has a light brown and tan barky looking floor with mounds and some green foliage.  It's used in the aloe/treant area outside lerigard, in the woods after the first Fire Giant Area, and in most of the great forest.  The problem is I have trouble targeting splls sometimes on the ground, the trees sometimes are difficult to see through and the mounds/raises will sometimes cover drops making it so you can't pick them up.  Any ideas how to just change that one particular tileset back to normal?

Thanks

Assuming you moved the whole folder and not just the textures to the override folder, look in /override/NWNCQ_override_etcetc, and find a little batch file just called [cfgnwncq]. This is a little configuration utility that you can use to "turn off" individual tileset overrides. You should just be able to type a lowercase letter corresponding to the forest tileset, press enter, and it will move all associated textures to another folder until you want to turn it back on, in which case it will just move them back.

(Edit - barring that, you can manually remove the files associated with that tileset, but it's pretty quick to type a letter!)

Thanks Acacea.  I did what you said but after running the utility it gave me an error message saying it was having a problem finding a place to put the files or it couldn't put that many files in a folder...something like that.  I was hoping it was just a bogus error and so I got on and tested it...forest tiles still up so it didn't work.  I can find the exact error if that helps  ;)

Exact Error message:  "Cannot move multiple files to a single file.  A duplicate file name exists or the file cannot be found.  Cannot move multiple files to a single file."

Upper or lowercase? This error comes up when its trying to obediently move all the associated files to the appropriate folder (active vs inactive) and finds files already there. Usually that would mean that in this case we tried to 'activate' an already activated tileset.

ttf01 is the prefix for the forest tileset models and textures if you want to do it manually - it's not like there's hundreds of them. I just thought the provided utility would be faster :) Oh well!

Yes I typed the lower case "o" to turn it off.  So not sure why its giving me that error.  So, I found all those ttf01 files...they are currently in the override folder...where do I move them to if I choose to move them manually?

Thanks

You can either delete them altogether if you're never going to use that tileset override again, or move them to a folder of your choice. Chico moves them to his NWNCQ_DISABLEDOPTIONS or something like that folder.

Thanks alot...that worked to move them manually to Chico's disabled folder.  Back to normal now and I have to say I like the old forest better  :)
