Appeal to The Layonara Department of Housing and Development
    « on: January 19, 2006, 09:59:48 pm »
    Hello,

This is a polite request to either add more housing to the "desirable" areas of Mistone (ie., areas where players tend to congregate such as Hlint, Haven, Fort Llast, Krandor, etc.) or divorce houses from players who have not played on Layonara in a long time. I suspect that many players are using houses as extended inventory/storage which seems a waste to those of use would would like to have houses for RP purposes. Is there a way to add some sort of "Warehouse" space for players who have houses but only use them to store things?

There are no houses left on Mistone, though at least two of those towns have houses owned by players who have either been banned or have quit.  Currently the only areas where housing is available are in areas that are either very expensive or require you to travel through areas that are dangerous.

If you could add some additional Suburbs around Hlint, Haven, Fort Llast or Krandor, it would be optimal and very appreciated.

    Thanks!

The poor, homeless or simply lately-arrived of Layonara

Housing is "expensive" to add in terms of module resources. I'm pretty sure we won't be adding any more housing to Mistone for a long time, if at all. And you DON'T want to live on Rilara...heh.
As for doing a purge of houses owned by no-longer active players, we have done that, but we can't always, because often times there are active players who shared that house legitimately.
