are tieflings hard to become?

what are the requirements to a tiefling, do you have to be known as a good role player? or do you have to do some sort of things? I was just curious cause Ill probably make a Tiefling character soon.

  Tieflings are the same as with any other special subrace. You don't have to be well known, have played here for a while, have a character with a certain level, you submit a good enough bio, nice and detailed, and not too far fetched (Ie: Nephew to the Prince of the 105th level of the abyss) then it'll probably get approved.
