Question on Characters

I looked around the website but couldnt find an exact answer, so I'll just ask it here and hope I did right

Well, I've seen the same char approval thing on other worlds, and it wa spossible to take a look around in one of them, before making the RP character. Anything similar in Layonara? I didnt find anything like it on the website, but a friend of mine said it was possible. Sorry for bothering hehe, just wanted to take a look at the server before traveling

Characters have to be approved before playing in any capacity in the world.  Fact is, Layonara is huge, and there's really not a lot of "looking around" that can be done to get a feel for the world and its inhabitants.
  If you want to get an idea of the world playing, spend some time searching the forums, and by all means, download the handbook.  OK, yeah, it's 300+ pages, but it's full of great information.
