Perhaps you should ask in game and in character? Why is there a need to know this when your character has ways to finding out which are far more entertaining than you giving him OOC knowledge that he shouldn't have?

well cause i have asked in game and got no answer and that the non advance card doesnt say anything... and because i have 90 of them that was dropped to me by a friend and that I have absolutly no use for so before i get them to the pawnshop i want to know if there is a use for them.

I think you just has answered your own question for yourself. Your character has no use for them, he has found no use for them. Thus he doesn't need them.

Oh and what rule was broken here, when your guild enchantor gives the guild infuser enchanted stone he thinks the infuser might need to make wands?? frankly without proof..
  enchantor being madhattan (mercas) and infuser being Rain Darus (Rain) no mulling here...
