Cleric worshipping a pantheon

A celric has their primary god to whom they worship, does it affect the character in anyway to be respectful to the other gods as well?
Is it possible for a cleric to have more than one deity?

By class definitions, clerics worship a single deity....no more, no less.
Clerics can be respectful of other deities, especially those who are Allied or Friendly to his or her own deity, but as far as worshiping goes, no.
The Layonara deities have a very complex series of relationships.  As a cleric/priest/priestess of a particular deity, your RP should not only reflect the dogma of that particular deity but also the relationship between one's own deity and that of other characters in the game.
Example: While not necessarily being overtly hostile, a Lucindite cleric and a Toranite cleric may find each other at odds regarding differences of dogma, they may be reluctant to heal and/or raise each other, etc. While such differing faiths may be within their reasons to join together for some common goal that benefits both philosophies, there should at the very least be some degree of animosity between the two faiths....especially among the clergy and paladins of those faiths, if applicable.

The reason I ask, is how the different gods are relating to one another in the thread of deities. Does how a character relate to another character of different deity have any affect on how deities relate to one another?

Who knows for certain really? Deities are fickle sometimes. I mean, if say, two initiates from deities unfriendly to each other were to forge an alliance, or begin to behave oddly as a result of their involvement with each other, I doubt the deities would hardly notice. It is for more likely that other clergy might be u pset and get involved though. However, in other circumstances things could certainly effect the feelings of the gods.
Say the General Superior of Vorax gets it in his head from somewhere that one the the pillars of the Toranite community was actually the cause of all sorts of evil in an area, so he goes in and destroys him. Well now, when individuals of that calibur are actively involved in significant acts, you can pretty well bet that the deities will notice and react accordingly.
Obviously this is an extreme circumstance. And yes, from time to time chacter actions in game (usually as a group) have effected the relationships between different deities.

If you're going for a strict fundamentalist's worldview, click on the deities link in the upper right corner of the page and look to the bottom of each one's description.  There's a brief chart which indicates the degree to which those deities get along, whether peacefully or by constant war.  Also that chart ties into XP penalties suffered by a cleric should he decide to raise the dead of an opposed faith.  We have a custom system here which takes into consideration how willing each god would be to raise you, and I think clerics can raise members of their own faith not carrying soulstones without any xp penalty as well.  Heretics on the other hand will almost always cost a healthy chunk of XP as clerics get either temporarily smited by their own gods, or their faith waivers in the face of hypocracy.
