i have downloaded all the protraits in the neverwinter valut that i could find and i put them in my portrait folder and for some reason i cant seem to use them or see them on other char as well as the ones i downloaded off of here. can anyone tell me what you might think be happing or what i might be doing wrong.

You did unrar them into the portraits folder, right? That's all I can think of right now.
