Unfortunately, you can't play her yet. She'll be eighteen on Febra 18th, 1507 (Mon Dec 3, 2012). At that point, she will meet the human age limitation and can be submitted.

It pleases me to think that years down the line Gilshem will be editing his child's bio, and he'll hand it back during breakfast and say, "This is a really good first submission, but there are a few details that don't match up..."
