Exceptional lion gloves

i am wondering can these be made, ive done bat and badger exceptional gloves.

I wouldn't think so because they are basically a weapon and there are not exceptional weapons.
  And what would there be to impprove on these with out making them a +2 weapon?

ahh *smacks head* silly me.. i forgot it gives +1 attack bonus so If it was made to be exceptional it would be similar to an adamantium weapon or mithril i would guess.
