    I'm trying to work out a character concept and have come across a couple questions that need to be answered before I finish it up. Please help!!

    1) It says in the Guide that aasimar can also be elves. How does that work in game? Does the aasimar abilities stack with elf abilities? If not, can you at least pick the elf race in creation and then choose aasimar subrace so that the character looks like an elf? Or, none of the above and you choose human, subrace aasimar?
    2) Do prestige classes count against racial favored class penalty? Or is it only the beginning classes?

    You can't have elven Aasimar due to game mechanics limitations, i believe.

     Like you were thinking, Prestige Classes do not count towards xp penalty calculations, only base classes do.

      i ran a elf Tifling.... just try to get a head that looks elven, or ust rp as being elven, make shure you put somthing in the discription saying he looks elven. What i did was picked human subrace tifling, then in game i rp him as elven, if you get it approved you can get elven ear and everything so the rp is easyer.

       You create him as human, as the aasimar subrace template only works for human base race. However, for an elven aasimar to be approved you need a good bio.

      If you can find an elf head that should be no problem.
