Im trying to find out what is the minimum amounts of point(as in strenght , charisma , wisdom , intelligence and so forth) when you first start a charecter , i remember seeing a thread somewhere about . But i cant seem to come across it ...

Well if someone could direct me to it , it would be most appreitated
