Other Ideas:

Also the general idea of getting custom made shirts per order.

For example some of the permed characters or friends of them may want a shirt like:

I like the stitched logo idea on the front shoulder / pocket area, or even ona sleeve. I wouldn't really need more than that myself, although a slogan would be fun. Hmm as for slogan's let's see...
