Title: logging in to game

A few months ago, my character was accepted to play in the layonara online world.  But through a series of problems, I repeatedly got a banned message that the DMs were unable to fix.  I just tried logging in with the aforementioned character, Koranah Gallsen, and was successful but immediately upon game start up got a message that I was booted.  Could you please offer some advice?

maybe you are trying to log in as a dm. I believe if you are not one you get booted. I read that once but more definite answers will come soon.

Or, maybe the wrong server?

I.e. east instead of west or something like that...
