Need a DB-GM Please

Aloha Garnet Stonesmythhy is stuck in Lar in farmer "H's" house.

everytime I try to login I get booted as I clear the loading screen  >:/

Please please can you do anything or is he gone forever?  :(

If he is gone forever may I remake him from the old bio?  8)

and if I have to remake him I will change his name .... ok?

Not gone forever....don't do anything drastic.
  When you get booted, do you get a message of any kind? If so, please post it. We could easily change your position, but that will only help if your position is the cause of you being booted.

This looks like your game is crashing rather than you getting booted by the server.
  We can try changing your location in the database to see if that will help. Hold off on logging in for a bit please.

I just tried and Garnet tried to Log into the farm house so should I just do a resubmit?

And thank you for all that you do.
Not sure if I want to redo Garnet he was a VERY HARD character to play.

If you want to stop playing Garnet, that's up to you. It seems a bit drastic in this case. Just bear with me. I think I forgot to set another value in the persistence database and/or the module is putting you at your last known location before the database can do anything about it.
  You might try just not logging in with Garnet until West is reset. My guess is you'll be fine after that.

Zen,
  It looks like the server reset (read: crashed) so please try logging in again. You should show up where your ox is located.
  If this continues, try logging in with one of your other characters. If you also get kicked out wiith one of those characters, then the problem may reside on your end, and not on one of the servers.
