Money Where Our Mouth Is
« on: October 02, 2008, 11:31:22 pm »
Orth has spelled it out more clearly then I've ever heard it before.
Sign up as per this thread below in the following format:

Name

Monthly donation cap

How you could come up with that amount per month if needed

At the end of that, we'll see how many names actually sign on. And you have the caveat of your cap to fall back on if the division of 255 comes out above that. This is kinda where the rubber meets the road folks. I've been hesitant to donate ever since I heard NWN was going away someday, but Orth spelled it out clearly, and if there's some manner of visibility as expressed with the assurance that if we maintain the cost of NWN - I see no reason for us to be arses about it. That and for me, I don't think my servitude/ time investment rationale works any longer.

If we don't have enough gravity in this (i.e. 10 people sign up), then I'm guessing that says enough in study of the investment in NWN.

Actually bring and make food from home when I work nights, rather than ordering.

Ok, Inned to get off my butt and get this entered....been wanting to for quite some time and let myself get sidetracked. With all the other donations I have going why not for something I enjoy.

I can start with $20 a month....if someone could point me to the best way to get that setup I would appreciate it.
I know it probably in here somewhere but I end up clicking all over and miss it.
 Thanks
 Deagle.

BTW: L and Team, thanks for everything you do and have done....I have been attached to Layo for four years now and plan on being there for a lot longer. I haven't picked up PNP since to the dismay of my friends (I was the constant DM...hehe) nor have I purchased any other pc games. Though I have to say with the system down I have recently tried WOW...its ok when you want to do something mindless but nothing close to the fun I have on Layo.

20USD or 30USD depending on my situation per month. I will be doing this manually. 20USD is 12,5€ for me anyhow, so no biggie.

Heck, one lunch out of the house less.

Restarted the 10$ a month I used to.

One less delivery dinner per month is a good thing.

Somewhere between $5-$15 a month, depending on work schedule.

Just need to eat less pizza and Wendy's on Weekends, and actually go to my Dining Hall.

Up to 50$ a month

I work and don't have much expenses anyway... yet.

Now if someone could explain me how to set that up on PayPal... or if there is another payment method for a recurrent automatic payment that would be nice (otherwise I'll most likely forget to do it every month.. shame on me)
