Take it from me. This feat is NOT good! Look here. 'Pocketbeetle' and 'Noran the Axe' sum up pretty nicely the problem with this feat:
http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=442369&forum=42&sp=0 To be more clear; suppose you are fighting, say, a rogue and two fighters. You know the rogue gets sneak attack, so you target him to avoid that. In the middle of the round, after getting a hit on the rogue, you switch to one of the fighters with circle kick, and whammo!, you get two backstabs from the rogue! You panic and click on the rogue mid-round to attack him. Well, my friendly monk, you've just wiped out the rest of the attacks you were going to get that round, because you selected a new target.
At least you're on the rogue again, until you hit him, of course. Then you'll circle kick right back to the fighters. This gets even more fun against regenerating creatures. To make matters worse, you can't even decide not to use it against certain opponents. It's not a selectable skill.
Until this feat works like an attack of opportunity, instead of cleave, I HIGHLY advise not taking it. Just my two coppers.
