A new neverwinter nights is out but not in england yet and I was wondering if I got it would it effect layonara if I install it on my PC

Um, no.  This is not some new game or new version; it's a part of Neverwinter Nights. The "For Builders" is a section of their site dedicated to people who wish to use the included toolset to build their own modules.

Yup, what Dorganath said. That is included with NWN so it should already be installed on your system.

What are you meant to be looking at on that page? it just talks about the Aurora neverwinter toolkit..............

    Those are extra modules and such designed to be played under Neverwinter Nights. 
  I hate to sound like a broken record, but if you take some time to read things on the Bioware site, this should all be described.
  Neverwinter Nights is the base game.  There are two expansions: Shadows of Undrentide and Hoardes of the Underdark, both of which are required to play on Layonara.  The Aurora Toolset comes with Neverwinter Nights.  All those other modules are just that....other modules that can be played on Neverwinter Nights.
