Perhaps on the schedule you could put a PR or something before the title to let players know that it is a player-run event rather than a GM-run event. Not that it makes them any less important or anything, but then players understand that it is a player-run event rather than a quest.
Not a big deal, but an idea to clear up potential confusion, especially from the newer players. Heck, I've been here for...well it's been a while, I forget how long exactly, but yeah even I get confused =D
