according to the website the polls are open till the 5th not the first
so those who havent finished the mod still have time so they can vote
and with 32 votes so far we sit eleven out of second but 6 ahead of fourth

Even if you don't finish the mod right away, having checked it out is often enough to get an idea of it.
So don't feel like you need to rush through playing if you've not played yet to be able to vote. But definitely check it out ;)

still 10 behind for the gold award, even though silver is nice gold would be better
i know we have 11 people still playing the mod

still behind for the gold but the bronze one has puled within 3 votes for us and the silver award
