How fast do the in-game time go? In the usual nwn multiplayer it would be about a year in two RL weeks, is it that in Layonara too, or does it go a little slower?

4 RL minutes is 1 in game hour.

so for every RL year 15 years have is gone in Layonara! Then I know some char's who is beginning to get old!

Yep, there are some very old people in game... that is why some of them are 'retired'.  In hlint, if you click on the sundial it will give you the year, month, day.
