Question about cloaks and belt

Is there any belt or cloak that gives +2 or more in constitution?

K'halziras Cloak of the Warden and Jorel's Sheath both give a +2 to Constitution.
As far as I'm aware, there are no belts that give +2 Con... and certainly no belts or Cloaks that give +3.

By the sound of the names, I don't suppose these are craftable? Do you happen to know the Lever required for these items?

There is a belt that gives +2 constitution..can't remember the name right now

Jorels Sheath is lvl 19 Req
K'halziras Cloak of the Warden is lvl 23
( not telling what else they do as it spoils it )

Neither of these items are craftable, both are rare Epic Drops.

Jorel's Sheath with +2 to Con is outdated, and should be oxed. It now gives +1 to con but a little more AC bonus

There's a belt that gives +2 to con, it's called Gringillian's Belt of the Shield
