Which Continent is on Which Server?

Like the title says...I was just curious.  And what levels are on each server?
I thought that i had seen it in a post somewhere but i could find it again.

When you login you get a welcome message with what is on that server.

West Continents - Mistone, Rilara
  West Islands - Barbarian Islands, Dragon Islands
  Central Continents - Dregar
  Central Islands - The Islands of Roldem (pretty sure that's it)
  East Continents - Voltrex, Xantril (Don't recall there being any islands, can't remember)
  West is generally suited for a well classed party of levels 1-10
  Central is the same but normally for levels 11-19
  East is the same only now it's suicide unless you're with a well classed group of level 20+
  Now that's not to say a group of level 8s can't go anywhere on Central, just that if they try to explore off the roads a whole lot, or journey too far into the wilderness their chances of survival is lessened. I've seen levels 7-9 do awsome on Central, just need to play it smart be well classed (Ie: Clerics, Wizards, Fighters, and maybe a Rogue) and be well organized. That being said a level 9-10 rogue, with 18-20 skill points in hide/move silently can explore tons of places on all servers if they're smart. ZV-

Mistone and Rilara are on West - the server is meant for 1-10 level character
Dregar is on Central - the server is meant for level 10-20 characters
Xantril and Voltrex are on east - the server is meant for epic characters.

There are also some islands that belong to each of the servers, but I won't list them, there are quite many. Also the levels are not strict, there are areas on central where a bunch of level 20 or epic folk have a problem with surviving etc. But most areas on the server should be possible with a group of characters from that level range, or atleast I remember something like that being written. So for example 4 level 10-20 people should have no problem surviving most of the areas on Dregar.
