To pale master?

I have found these requirements for the pale master. Are these teh correct ones when wanting to take a level in palemaster? The character I eventualy want to have become a pale master is Sonya DarkAngel, and she is already a Sorceress.
Requirements  

• Alignment: Any non-good
• Arcane Spellcasting: Level 3 or higher
• updated bio,  
• development thread,
• require several CDQs or ECDQ

 If there is anything that is missing let me know. oh and would a love for the undead be enough or is more needed?
  I would prefere if someone from the Layo team or someone who has been trough it before anwsers.

you might need a cdq, but you wont have to do an ecdq for it

A CDQ is a definite requirement for this and depending on the desires of the character, it may take mutiple.
  Playing with dead bodies is not exactly a nice thing to do, thus the majority of Palemasters lean toward evil alignments and this does require several CDQs to accomplish.Being a pale master and maintaining a neutral stance is possible but difficult as well. Hence the CDQ.Yes you should have a character development journal that supports you characters delve into the undead an why is important to the character other than the cool mechanics of the class.
