Title: Who handles guilds?

Is it still Aryn who does the guild-business? Or whom do I turn to for member registration?

Aryn does not handle it any more.  As a matter of fact he is now swamped in RL and is no longer on the team.
  Just today we decided who would be taking over that responsibility of his (he had quite a few!).  The new person that handles it is vgn.
  All guild leaders will be receiving a PM from him shortly.
