I wasn't sure where to post this, but it is vital to my character development. If a dm could please send me a link to all available information on Leilon's army and inner military and social workings for my Brenden Raign character.

I wasn't able to find the information on my own. You can delete this post after the information.

For more information on Lelion, please consult the handbook available under the "Latest Files" section.   As for its military, Lelion is protected by its city guard and the Mistone Army, which is under the command of the Mistone Alliance Ministry of War.  You can find out more about the Mistone Alliance in the handbook as well.
