These ones masquerade as gods and bid mankind to mine gold ore for their superconductors, interbreeding with us to make us disposable shock trooper space marines.  They can shift like dopplegangers, taking the form of loved ones and politicians, infiltrating society and government on a global scale.  They hail from Alpha Draconis, primary star of the constellation Draco.  Therefore I dub these space-dragons "Drakes".

Be forewarned, they eat kittens and are fiercely effective lobbyists.  Check out their binary paper trail...
