What true ranger can cast 'Find Traps'?

Usually if a craft calls for something in that form it means a spell. Maybe it should say "Scroll of Find Traps".

When its a scroll it is just the name of the spell, since scrolls are just named "name of spell."  When it calls for a spell to be cast it says:

"0 of 3 Spells of Find Traps"

spells being the key word.
