Ok so I bought the game online and it is down loading, sent in the request for a new keycode.  Now I am unsure of my next move except for the charter submission.

Depending on how quickly you want to get ig, there's the character stable for preapproved characters or with more work the Character Library..or as an old er hand, I'm sure you can submit your own.  Character submissions haven't changed much since you played last.
