Title: Oil of Vukas Quest Treasue

Mostly just posting this for notice.  Took a group through to get the Oil of Vukas for Juanita's Oil quest.  Got through and killed the Ogre Chieftan but the oil didn't spawn with the creature.  Reported the issue on IRC and was instructed by orth to log on as a GM and create one for the group since it didn't spawn correctly.  Orth also said it was likely due to lag.If this happens to anyone else, please let the GM team know so that someone can rectify the situation.

It's worth mentioning that this sort of thing can happen when the corpse is looted too quickly after the creature is killed.  The Chieftan always spawns with the oil, but it has to get moved from his inventory to the loot bag before the bag is looted. If it does not, neither loot nor quest items will appear in the bag.  Normally, this happens very quickly, but lag can delay this for a few extra seconds.

Quest treasures should be spawning better now but still no guarantees as for what Dorg mentioned.
