Title: pawn shop broker and merchants missing from Miritrix

Ryubi was in Miritrix and it seemed like a ghost town.  Pawn broker and all the merchants missing.  Watchman still does his rounds.  I think a one eyed dwarf killed them all....Anyways thought I'd mention it!

I removed over 100 merchants and other NPCs from the module because they steal cycles that could be put to better use and are very very rarely used. However I didn't mean to remove the Pawn Shop in Miritix! I'll make sure to add him back.
