I have been trying to log into IRC using the link provided, but each time it just continues to says "connecting to server".    Is there something I need to do on my end to get it to connect? Thanks!

It's possible your firewall or antivirus may be blocking the port 6667? Can you download like HydraIRC or such and try connecting to irc.layonara.com 6667 with that?

or Download an IRC program and connect to irc.layonara.com and the room to join is #nwn
