Title: Cannot attach a .odt file to a PM

Title is self explanatory. File only 34KB. Error message too long to copy or screen shot. File is Open Office document. Edit - did not work with txt eitherEdit 2 I seems the txt file did send even if the page said there was an error and it didn't load.
