Title: Resmelting of armors, shields and weapons

One thing that could be nice for crafter, since there's already a way to recast failed crafting attempts in armor and weapon crafting, why not also add the ability to smelt armor, shields and weapons that would end up at pawnshops or unsold?

This has been asked many times and the answer has been no because crafters could just do a craft-smelt loop and rise in levels quickly.

Add a tag to the crafting that gives the name, and the crafter can't resmelt the same item right away or ever? but could for what they find/not crafted?
