Lockpicks of the almost-highest tier (Tieves tools +10): 500 True paid for each. Seeking 12.

Raw Gems:
Topaz (100 T each): seeking 100
Diamonds (1000 T each): seeking 5-10
Rubies (2000 T each): seeking 5-10

Also:
Birch Bark (40 T each), seeking 200
Topaz dust (33 T each), seeking 200

Also these Potions:
