Other Changes- fix(tin01): keep the tiles' render data; patch only bad tangents (shop walls, Craft Hall)
- fix(ttf01): turn off the shadow decals that blacken the tree line in ttf01_a02_p13/p14
- fix(gff): teleporter blueprints use the dynamic teleport dialog
