Title: slow Movement

I was encumbered for a time do to loss of strength while recovering from death.
After I was fully recovered I was no longer encumbered but the decrease movement rate remained.
I have tried logging off and resting and it still will not go away.

Please help,

Did you try turning Stealth Mode or Detect Mode on and off several times? That could be the problem.
