Found this browsing the www the other day. To me it looked staged, but was funny all the same.

Isn't that from the Comedy Central show, "Reno 911"?  I think I recognize the "suspect" as the guy who plays Spence on "King of Queens".

But it is hilarious nonetheless (as it should be if it is on Comedy Central). :)  :)  :)

yup thats him and it was that show there are 2 episodes of reno 911 with them same thing but in the other he hits the guy with a axe

Well just watch Reno 911 on Comedy Central and you will eventually see it.  There are actually two episodes with scenes like this.  They have 2 seasons now ans a third comes back soon.  I think just about every episode is as hilarious as this scene.
